Joining the MDC
The MDC benefits developers who wish to accelerate the development of seamless ways for consumers to share content over multiple devices. You can join the MDC as an evaluator or participant.

- Evaluators have access to final specifications
- Being an evaluator allows you to evaluate the specifications; to build commercial deployments based on these specifications you will need to get an additional license from the Marlin Trust Management Organization (MTMO).
- Evaluators have access to final specifications

- Participants have access to final and draft specifications,
community code, code modifications, tools, conformance test
suites, test keys, etc.
- Being a participant allows you to contribute to specifications development, and attend developer meetings; to build commercial deployments based on these specifications, you will need to get an additional license from the Marlin Trust Management Organization (MTMO).
